Join us at 9am for the Albany Wildlife and Scenic Cruise, a four-hour adventure designed to showcase the rich wildlife and stunning scenery of Western Australia’s waterways. This sheltered water cruise avoids open sea, making it perfect for all ages and comfort levels.
We’ll cross to Green Island, once Western Australia’s first vegetable garden, now home to one of only four Pelican breeding grounds in the state. Then, we’ll glide across Oyster Harbour to the Kalgan River, where you can spot Pelicans, Eagles, Hawks, and a variety of other bird species. Keep your eyes peeled—wild kangaroos are often seen nearby.
Throughout the cruise, enjoy tea, coffee, and a hot savoury Damper while listening to a lively, humorous commentary from your guide. It’s a fun, relaxed way to connect with nature and learn about the local wildlife. The trip concludes back at the boat pens around 1pm.
